With ultimate passion, we made our breakthrough in the real estate world with our first project, SAMANA Greens, launched in September 2018 in Arjan, Dubai. The main structure was completed in just 8 months.

Following the success of SAMANA Greens, we launched SAMANA Hills in March 2019, which was successfully handed over in June 2022. We continued our success with SAMANA Golf Avenue in March 2021 and Park Views by SAMANA Developers in October 2021.

In 2022, we launched Miami by SAMANA Developers (Phase 1), a unique residential property with 100% private pools in all apartments. Located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), it received tremendous response, leading to the launch of Miami by SAMANA Developers Phase 2 in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT).
